What happened surpassed even our most optimistic scenarios: within 15 minutes of making doctors available on ZocDoc, the first patient booked an appointment. With offices in the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Gramercy, Tribeca, and SoHo, patients could find a doctor on ZocDoc in many neighborhoods from day one. Doctors love the service as well – many were initially in disbelief that joining ZocDoc is free for them, and were pleasantly surprised how quickly ZocDoc connected them with their patients.
