That's why earlier this month, the ZocDoc Operations team toured the offices of Zappos.com - the famous online shoe-and-apparel store. We caught up with Brenda to get some details on the trip.

If you've run into ZocDoc employees before, you may have noticed something odd. They tend to go on and on about how much they love their jobs. It may sound strange, but when you work at ZocDoc, that's completely normal. One of the many reasons we love our jobs is that we're always doing ridiculously fun things - like going out to baseball games! And that's just what we did this last Saturday. After a fantastic quarterly meeting, the ZocDoc team headed out to Yankee stadium for a heated game against bitter rivals, the Boston Red Sox. We caught up with our Operations Rockstar Anna E. for the details.

Remember the ZocDoc quarterly meeting? As usual, it was everything we hoped for and more. Among the day's most exciting events was a presentation from one of ZocDoc's amazing investors. Who are we talking about? Here's a hint: if you Google "hedge fund Midas", his Forbes bio is the first result. That's right, the famous Peter Thiel attended our quarterly meeting! And we couldn't have been more honored or more interested in what he had to say.

There's a buzz in the air at the ZocDoc headquarters, here in New York City. The year's third quarterly meeting is taking place this Friday, and we couldn't be more excited. For us, it's like the circus is coming to town. How can we possibly be so excited about a business meeting?
