Here at ZocDoc, we try to make the most of our home city (NYC – holler!) and spend our free time exploring its long list of healthy activities. Here’s what’s on our weekend hit list:
We’re excited to start making our way down this list of the best veggie burgers in NYC.
For those of us who haven’t tried Zumba yet, we’ve got our eye on Saturday’s complimentary outdoor class.
This Saturday and Sunday, Governor’s Island will host FIGMENT, a free annual celebration of art and culture (and a great place to walk around or have a picnic). Don’t-miss activities include “brain pong” and a massive game of hide and seek.
With the kids:
The Children’s Museum of Manhattan’s EatSleepPlay™: Building Health Every Day exhibit is an interactive way to explore health habits and skills in a fun, engaging environment.
Little ones are welcome at this Saturday morning cooking class where they’ll learn to make healthy and delicious snacks.
